How can this be?

How can it be that my best friend's little sister is pregnant with her first baby? Where does the time go? She is 32 years old and happily married but I still see the little girl who used to play barbies in the next room while Tracy and I watched Young and the Restless and called boys. When I met Tracy her sister Joanne was 5 and her sister Emily was 7. We were 9. I will never forget those freckle faced little girls chasing Penny the cat under the bed and bugging us to play, I think they were as much my sisters as they were Tracy's. I love them as much as I would love my own sisters if I had had any. I am so proud of them both, they have both grown into successful, beautiful women. A few weeks ago Emily and Jo both came down to Tucson from Colorado for a wedding. While they we here I took some photos of Emily and her sweet baby belly! She is expecting a boy, a cousin for Tracy's son Ethan to play with! I think these pictures turned out really great, the only thing missing was my best friend Tracy! Fortunately I will have another opportunity in October to take their pictures when I visit them in Colorado! I love you girls!
