Gabe's Cousin had her BEAUTIFUL baby! Omg she is so teeny and just perfectly perfect and absolutely GORGEOUS!!!! She was awake the entire time, she never cried once and was so sweet natured! Her eyes were just gorgeous!

These were not planned! I was setting up to take pictures of Baby Makenzee and my niece and nephews decided they wanted to pose! I think I got some great pictures, but they are such cuties, it is hard not to!

Fat Free Brownies!

These brownies are amazing! I made them for everyone at work today and they were gone in less than an hour! I made them for my family and they gobbled them up, none the wiser to the ingredients. These are vegan brownies made with pureed Black beans (you can not taste them, I promise). Here is the recipe for anyone interested. If you can't find the fat free brownie mix or you don't want to pay the exta $$$ for it, you can use ANY brownie mix, it will be reduced fat, high in fiber but the calorie count and fat content will be a bit higher! Here is the recipe!

FAT-FREE BROWNIES

1 box fat-free brownie mix
1 can black beans UNDRAINED and pureed in blender or food processor
1 TBLS of cinnamon
1 tsp of Vanilla extract

1. Blend altogether until mixture is shiny and smooth.

2. Pour into a 8x8 or 9x9 greased pan ( I use Crisco with four spray, any non-stick spray will do)
3. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees or as directed on brownie mix box.

4. When toothpick comes out clean they are done!!!!

Carter LOVES Grant! He really does! He taught Grant how to jump into the pool! He would take his hand each time but he would jump first! Notice the middle finger up..... he likes to point with "THAT" finger (yikes)! Carter is so animated when he is excited, I love it!

Grant loves to hide in the laundry basket! Yesterday I heard him crying! It was because he was stuck upside down! Bad Mommy, took a picture before rescuing him! He was just dandy and having a great time as you can see!

Meet Kya Joleen Lucille!

My friend Stephanie recomended me to her friend Melinda! Melinda just had her baby girl on July 4th! She is Gorgeous! Her name is Kya Joleen Lucille and she was a teeny tiny 5lbs 11oz! This was my hardest shoot yet! I was so nervous and I didn't know them. They were a super sweet couple and such an adorable family! I just wish I had gotten a few more useable photographs!

Hi Ho! Hi Ho! It's off to work I go!

So I am starting my first day of my new job tomorrow! I am very excited and a bit nervous!

I am training with the weekday girls because there is no one to train me on the weekends! So this week I will be working the morning shift gal. Then next week I will train with a gal in the afternoons. I am really excited that I get to train with two different people and learn from two different perspectives on how to do the job! I am dreading getting up this week at 4:30 though!!!! I am so NOT a morning person!

I bought my scrubs today! I am excited that I get to wear them! They are super comfortable, kind of like wearing pajamas to work! YAY!!! Gabrielle went with me to help me pick them out! We can wear any color so I got a black set and a pink set and I got an extra top that is black with SpongeBob SqaurePants and Patrick all over it! The kids LOVE it! I knew they would!

Dessert!

My Kids love Ice Cream! Last Night Daddy gave the boys cones and Gabi had a bowl full! They barely noticed when I came in a clicked a pic! I love their little legs dangling off the counter at all different lengths! I love my Babies, all three of them!!!

Happy Birthday America!

We went out to our local park for 4th of July! It has become a Dooling family tradition! This year, Gabrielle invited her "boyfriend" Adam along! Her girlfriend Dulce was there also! We had a great time! The fireworks started a bit early due to a large rain & thunderstorm moving in! I got a few photographs of fireworks this year! I didn't want to embarrass my family by taking along the tripod, so they were all taken handheld with the wind blowing! These were the only decent shots I got out of about 50 frames! It was so much fun though! Next year I am bringing the tripod!!!!
