Gabe took the boys with him to Home Depot! While they were there, Carter found a baby "Ba-Boo" plant. He had to have it! Of course, then Grant wanted a plant too. Grant saw this small little plant and called it "Snap", appearantly he thought plants needed names after hearing Carter's. This plant looks like a little chomping mouth and when he closes the leaves together he says "snap, snap, snap" hence the most logical name possible. Both boys are very proud of their plants. Carter told me that he picked his because "Panda Bear's eat Ba-boo (bamboo) and you like Panda bears Mama and I do too!" Isn't he a doll?
