I love to make Cinnamon apples for the Holidays! These last two years Carter has been helping me peel the apples courtesy of my handy-dandy Pampered Chef Apple peeler! All my kids love to spin the crank handle and watch the skin peel off in a long curly strip as if by magic, when it's finished peeling, the core is pulled from the center and left behind, then what you have left is a perfect apple accordian! This year we took all the nessecities over to my Mom's house so we could make the apples over there. Look how much fun the boys had! It makes you want to rush right out and buy an apple peeler doesn't it.
